When you book a service, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service address (for mobile detailing only)
• Any optional message you send with your booking
• Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see or store your card number)

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to schedule, deliver, and follow up on the detailing service you booked, and to comply with our financial record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share payment information with Stripe, our payment processor, so they can securely handle your transaction. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

• Active and upcoming bookings: kept while the service is relevant.
• Deleted bookings: moved to a trash area and permanently purged after 30 days.
• Completed bookings older than 2 years: personal contact information (email, phone, address, message) is automatically removed. We keep an anonymized record (first name, last initial, service summary) for tax and dispute purposes.
• Internal admin activity logs: automatically deleted after 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any information that's inaccurate
• Delete your personal information from our records

Security

Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Administrative actions that touch payment information require two-factor authentication. We log all sensitive admin activity for accountability.

Cookies & tracking

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The site uses only the essential cookies needed for the booking process and a CAPTCHA service (Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent spam.

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers by email where appropriate.
